No, we do not accept any refunds. All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges - this helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness for all customers. 4. Do you ship Internationally?
No, at the moment, we ship exclusively within the UK.
5. Am I able to make changes to my order once it’s been processed?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed and on its way, we’re not able to cancel or refund it.
6. Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to update if the order has not been processed, otherwise we cannot change this once the order is shipped.
